PERSONAL STATEMENT Unit 202: Improve own performance in a business environment 1.1 Explain the purpose and benefits of continuously improving performance at work By continuously improving my performance at work, I am exceeding my own performance, learning new skills and producing quality work that meets the high standards of my organisation. Not only does this impress my employer and colleagues and gives me more chance of increasing my income or getting a promotion, it also gives me the motivation that I need to proceed with my work.
