Staying healthy and Fit Intro We, all no staying healthy isn’t easy but it not hard either! Staying healthy looks easy for some people, but for other it more of a challenge. Read on and you will see the things you need to do to stay fit and healthy .We are going to learn how to eat healthy and how to excise more. First you have to eat very healthy that means doing the things you normally do just in a more healthy way. So that mean cutting out junk like donuts, chips and cake. And fried foods like fried fish and chicken and other type of greasy foods. A last but not least candy , for me I think candy would be more hard for me to avoid( or at least try to avoid) When your hungry don’t eat fried foods eat something like a salad or maybe some nice juicy fruit. These type of foods will help you stay fit and very healthy. Secondly if you want to stay fit its best to stay fit by excising more. Excising more ,helps you stay in shape and fit. It might be hard at first but once you get the hang of it its rather easy. Most people stay there for an hour or two and then help there self to a fruit cake! Excising can help you just as much than eating healthy so try to go to a gym 3 days a week you’re really be buff than! Being healthy is a big job so think and make sure you are ready to this. Don’t forget eat healthy and excise and you will be as light as a straw! You never
