To be fit and to be good looking is a main trend in our life. There exist a lot of exercises how to create sexy body. But not only these exercises can help you to get a healthy lifestyle. You should also keep to a diet, I mean to avoid greasy food and to eat more fruits and vegetables. Than, you’ll be able to see results of your work and changes that everyone will absolutely notice. An important point about healthy lifestyle is that you feel yourself better, you sleep better and your skill won’t have problems as spots and pimples. You won’t come to a mirror and see an ugly reflection in it. My friend is always upset because of spots on her skin. She likes to eat fast-food. I recommend her to drink kefir to make better her stomach, because all our illnesses are because we forget about our stomach work. More important point of keeping a healthy lifestyle is that you visit sport clubs where you can make new acquaintances and to try new exercises to make your body fit and to improve your health. You see other people training and try to do as they do, and to get new results. It’s a powerful stimulus. The most important point is the self confidence, because when you pleased with yourself, you have better mood, and the mood can built you day, how will you cope with all problems on your way. When you are self-satisfied, you see everything in new colours and it makes your life happy. A healthy lifestyle doesn’t presuppose exhaustion yourself in the gym and making your body as great Arni (Shwarzenegger), but it means that morning exercises won’t to be injurious to health.
