Within the Police force the following teams, the human resources team, operation team and the administration team always function effectively throughout the year and therefore are permanent teams. The benefits of using this type of team within the Police Force are that it is a well-structured and deliverable based type of team, it keeps a sense of strength throughout the force and it helps their accountability and responsibility to attend to all issues related to their team’s mission statement. Temporary teams are put together to complete an important and short-term, tasks or projects, disbanding once the task has been accomplished. An example of this would be a murder investigation team who, once the evidence is gathered and given to the crown prosecution service, would move on to the next case of evidence. Formal teams are created for specific reasons.
Evaluate the team’s overall effectiveness in meeting its objectives, making recommendation for improvements To whom it may concern, I am just writing to you regarding how I feel the teams overall performance and how we achieved the objectives for the day. Although we had only a few weeks to plan the event and had to talk in front of nearly 60 or so people as a team we we’re able to create a fun and exciting day for everyone, being able to give advice and tips on how to improve personal skills and group skills. Everyone was able to give their own opinion from the moment we started organising the event. We went off in smaller informal groups of 2 or 3 on a to focus on a chosen part of the day such as ‘Activities’, ‘Budget’, ‘Presentation’ and ‘Layout Schemes’ and any other smaller parts that needed to be looked over and covered by everyone as a formal group. We made A3 Plans of mind maps and all contributed different ideas of how to make the day memorable and effective for those who participated.
In my team we had numerous of skills that we identified between us. These skills helped us to develop ideas and plan our event plan. as a team we came up with a numerous of ideas that helped us gain success on the actual event day. There were advantages and disadvantages that as a team we had to face, but we overcame all of those problems and we worked together instead of falling apart and not negotiating on a decision. This was one of our key strengths.
The fire department's can use various training methods such as videos , books, drills, and fire fighter academies. But the most effective type of training for the fire department is training in a controlled enviroment that actual puts the firefighter in an actual situation. This allows the firefighter to actually get hands on training and put them in an actually situation where it is controlled. Live burns gives a firefighter experience and actually see what and can occur in a controlled setting. Actually , all training is essential for the firefighter weither it be as simple as learning how to carry or hold a ladder as how to hold a hose proper.

That is my main function within the group, to facilitate the day-to-day actions of the other members. If something needs to get done, I assign a member that task and then follow up until completion. The only draw back so far is my aggressive attitude towards mission accomplishment has caused some of the other members to recent my approach. I do not always ask for things in a nice way, I think being direct is the quickest way to get something completed. The biggest affect that it has on the group is slowing down the amount of work that was getting completed.
Students taking online classes are free to express their opinion on message thread which allows other students to comment also and keep conversation going. Through distance learning students who are shy and not open to conversation can easily express and help them become more comfortable. “Generally speaking face to face communication with an instructor is minimized or eliminated altogether” (Barszcz 151). Distance learning can go both ways, if a student prefers to attend campus and have face to face contact it’s totally up to them, but for those students who are independent and are working full-time distance learning is the only option for them to advance in their career. For students who are living on their own with expense such as rent and bills, distance learning make their lives easy and can be managed with full-time job.
We tended to put all fights and little arguments behind us, because in the performing arts industry your main focus is to work hard to polish and perfect a performance.
