Pros and cons of drinking coffee Nowadays, coffee is one of the most popular beverages for human beings, and many people cannot live without it in the morning or in a day. Lots of people drink two or three cups even more per day. More and more researchers are aware that the coffee brings out benefit or harm to our health. There are some pros and cons of drinking coffee. Here are a few of the pros. For one, coffee can prevent you from sleeping. For example, if you are tires but there are still unfinished work left to do, a cup of coffee can fresh you up. Moreover, coffee is full of a kind of substance which protects the cell in your body and other substance in it can stop signs of aging and even prevents some cancers. It is reported that coffee has been shown to prevent Parkinson’s disease and kidney stones. On the other hand, coffee will also cause other diseases. It is known, coffee contains caffeine, and it may be bad for your bones, especially for women. Furthermore, some reports point out that drinking too much coffee can make you feel excited and nervous, and it raises people’s heart rates and blood pressure. Also, if you drink lots of coffee or have coffee on an empty stomach, it might get an upset stomach. Indeed, drink coffee or not, it must consider your body conditions, and do not drink overdoes.
