Starchy- this is the one that is okay for diabetics to eat “These foods increase the blood glucose even though they are not sweet in taste. From my personal experience, I get headache if I consume more than a cup of coffee during the day. And I can tell this purely affect to my efficiency in its undesirable way. Finally, I would like to note that I see caffeine as a fire. If we use right manner, it will cause to higher efficiency and ultimately for prosperity of the society. If we, as a people, under consume or over consume the caffeine that can lead towards imbalance which I expressed earlier as undesirable

This essay opened my eyes to really realize how much things have changed and how many things evolve. Including small everyday things such as coffee. Change can be good and bad, but for coffee lovers, this essay was very easy to relate to. Personally, coffee is not a daily routine for me. I would much rather have a nice, warm, rich cup of hot chocolate.
‘Medicine’ refers to the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of disease. Recently preventative medicine has become popular and extremely effective. It consists of emphasising health habits that will prevent disease, such as eating a healthy diet, getting adequate exercise and ensuring a safe environment. This could help with Margi’s case study as she has a lot of stress and is very tired. Therefore she probably won’t be getting adequate exercise and she smokes, which in itself is detrimental to health.
