Critical Analysis #1 In the entry “Java Man” the author, Malcolm Gladwell explains about the caffeine consumption change rate throughout history. This is the topic of the article that author, illustrates it with reach historical facts. In another word, how society accepted and reacted the information with regard to caffeine that was appeared or was known in their time period. Of course, this also was depending on cultural background of societies as well as the geographical location of that society. Some societies that were way far behind where they were never got exposed to caffeine, obviously accepted it late and it had an effect in several ways. I believe this is due to cultural foundation. She never got to expose to high dosage caffeine consumption in her early life and body was constructed this way. I am firmly believer in balance. I believe without balancing anything can get ugly. We have to balance our time, our nutrition and etc. If we spend more time at work and less time with family it can lead some failure in our personal life. As a great Azerbaijani poet Nizami Ganjavi phrases: even excessive water can damage your health. This being said, I believe we have to balance caffeine consumption as well. From my personal experience, I get headache if I consume more than a cup of coffee during the day. And I can tell this purely affect to my efficiency in its undesirable way. Finally, I would like to note that I see caffeine as a fire. If we use right manner, it will cause to higher efficiency and ultimately for prosperity of the society. If we, as a people, under consume or over consume the caffeine that can lead towards imbalance which I expressed earlier as undesirable
