As a practitioner in the early years setting I have a lot of responsibilities to take care of. Before breakfast, it is my responsibility to help the children put away the toys in the correct boxes and to fold the cloths up that are on the tables. I then have to set out the chairs in a circle so when the children have washed their hands they can sit down on a chair and have their toast. When the children have finished their breakfast it is then my responsibility to take the left over cups to the kitchen and to also pick up the leftover pieces of toast and put them in then bin. I also then put the cloths back on top of the tables so that the toys can be put back on them. At dinner time it is my responisbility to help the children with their food and to also make sure that they are sat on their chair correctly, I then clean the tables after the children have finised their dinner.…show more content…
My expectations is to become a vuluable practitioner and to do this I will need to include all children in activitys and to make sure that they feel that they belong and are also feeling secured and valued, to do this then parents must also help to buid their childs relationship up to be positive and also the parents being able to work effectively with their children. Activitys should be well planned and intervention will be given to the childen to help them make progress in their learning.
