While researching the thinking’s of Steve Case, James Kouzes, and Peter Drucker as it pertains to entrepreneurial leadership, I’ve discovered that all of them share different views as to what determines a successful entrepreneur. Case, a co-founder of AOL, summarizes his ingredients for success with the “3 P’s”: people, passion, and perseverance. He feels that if those things are in the right balance, then anything is possible. Case has performed several seminars in which he has explained the role of the “3 P’s” in his own career.
