CASL Essay Assignment I would like to attend the CASL conference so that I can further my leadership journey. By going to CASL it will help me to grow in my abilities and qualities. When I grow, not only would I benefit myself as a better leader but our school would benefit also in their representation and leadership program. I would also like to attend CASL so that I can learn about service projects. I am very interested in starting a specific service project my junior year for CAS hours and this would be a great help to me with that.
After that, my mother who was always so harsh about education and coming on top changed her point of view. Instead of saying "Study, try harder." She started saying "What am I going to do with the certificates if you are gone?" This started to make me lazy. I was really attracted to this easy life and didn't think about future much.
Without the goal of going to college I would not be here today. Also, I would not be teaching my children not to give up on their dreams. By believing that the long-term results and the value of completing my degree in higher education to be that if it is a dream or a goal of yours that you are never too old to achieve them. Also, if you are returning to school later in life you are setting an example for your children so they can see that you never give up on your goals and dreams. My personal plan for my academic future is to push myself to do better in school and achieve the goal that I set for myself of a 4.0 GPA.
I think much faster when I know someone else is trying to understand how the same thing functions. This motivates me to finish first. Because of my strengths, I tend to aspire to hold the top job in a huge organization. I refuse to be content with my performance until I have been declared the most successful, or accomplished person in the group. Keeping each week’s tasks and goals in mind probably improves my chances in being successful in life.
While she is on the Victory Tour, she allows no one to cater her needs because that’s not how she lived back at home. She likes doing everything on her own because she says. “If I do it by myself, I shall have no reason to be mad at anyone but me”. I’ve also been independent because I never had stable parents or guardians to rely on. From a young age, I moved out of my house, I had to get a job, and pay for my own necessities.
Once I am in SWAG other students will realize this and might want to achieve like me and try to be in SWAG. While in SWAG I will let younger students know that it doesn't matter what age you are to become a leader. Also, I will become an elite member of SWAG. I have a great GPA and can really speak for the students to make this school better. I could take ideas and listen to the students.

A baby would make it all better. Once again, I was wrong! Things continued to worsen but I did not allow this to in any way affect my pregnancies. My daughters became my number one priority in life. I quit wearing make-up because becoming a mom became a full time job.
The experience once I obtain it will help me to keep advancing in my career no doubt, but ultimately my drive will be what puts me on an extra level on top of that, my drive will be what sets me apart from the rest of those in this field or those trying to get into the field, my drive is what made me enroll in the school and what has gotten me so far there, and my drive is what I will use to do whatever it takes to succeed and keep expanding upon my education to contribute to this industry. How is that life? Mindlessly putting in your hours at a job that will make you work full time and offer you no benefits or even a decent work environment. Life? There are opportunities for everyone to pursue happiness; many do not know how to get out of poverty because it is all they have ever known.
