An upcoming life event in terms of my expectation would be finishing school. 2. Negative things I say to myself or to others may include: I don’t feel good today or I am not in a good mood. Most of the time I am not a negative person. 2. Negative things I have heard others say to me or around me are that I look mean, until they speak to me they think the quite opposite. Activity 5.2 1. Try and remember some negative comments made about you when you were a child. This is too personal, I would rather not comment at this time. Activity 5.3 1. Three things that I do well are: I can get others to get along with each other under difficult circumstances. I have a way with people that random people come up to me and tell me very personal information that I really did not need to know.
