“Why college education is important to me” College is my key to making something of my life. Finding better opportunities through having an education that I never thought I would be cut out for after my high school experience. The college experience opens all types of doors in your mind and in the world. Success and happiness is the key to life. If one pursues their dreams and ambitions, he or she can be open to many more of the opportunities this world has to offer.
I quickly began to attend college classes through my employer to make gains in my career and try to possibly secure my future. I had no idea until this point the many advantages that college was going to provide for me if I allowed it to. Continuing on in the job I had accepted it opened opportunities to study courses to get me promoted and increase my wages which bettered my lifestyle for me and my family and made things easier. I had finally found a job that I was happy in and chances to increase my thirst for knowledge as I could continue my education as long as I wanted. I finally had self- confidence and the drive to make the most of my career as I neared completion of Banker’s College.
Why Do I Want My Diploma? Now days, it is extremely hard to move forward in life without obtaining a High school diploma or GED. I do not want, or plan to be, one of those regretful people who fall behind in life because they never dedicated the time to graduate. Also, getting my Diploma/GED is something I need to achieve if I ever want to get a decent job and build financial stability for myself and my family. Most importantly, I want to do things in my life that I can be proud of and know that I was a good role model for my children.
In addition of going to school, working class students also have to get a job to be able to help out their families. Working class students have always struggled to get by during their years in college but most of these students have families who support their dreams of coming out of poverty and become somebody with no pressures. However there are also students who lack family support and deal with these issues alone throughout college. Continuing Education and a Students Options Attending and then graduating from college is a great achievement for any person to be able to say they have accomplished in life. A student living in the Cincinnati, Ohio area has many choices of what colleges to go to. Students who chose certain colleges do so based on where they are geographically located and how far they are from their family first and foremost. However, with today’s economy the decision of what college to attend is very difficult. People have to think long and hard about what college would give them the best education for their money instead of just where it is located.
All about Me Jennifer Webb COLL 100 I026 Fall 11 American Public University Eleanor Hewitt My name is Jennifer Webb and I am going to write an essay about why I decided to go back to school. I got tired trying to found a decent job, I wanted my daughters to follow in myself steps and go to college. I learned that most jobs are looking for some kind of college degree. I have been out of school for awhile and so I was a little nervous but after getting started I feel more comfortable with going to school. I want my daughters to always know that you can never get to old to learn new things.
I want to be able to have a good career and succeed in life. That means being able to support myself and my family. Having a decent job from going to college could change someone’s life. I want to be proud of myself for going to college. Throughout the years in high school I never really thought about my future until my senior year.
I would like to show my family that education is very important, because it doesn't only affect you but everyone that is surrounded by you. I would like to set an example for my little sister, and younger cousins, that anything is possible, and that your education sets a path for your future that if you have a bright future you can have a beautiful life. I would also like God to be proud of me as well. Bishop Noll Institute offers a challenging academic environment, I clearly see it in the upperclassmen’s attitudes and the standards that they set for me as a freshman this year. The more I know the better opportunities will come my way in the future.
Why college is important to me When most people think of education, they think of getting to a great college, which is awesome, but I believe there are other ways a good education will help me. Education is important because without one, or with a bad one, or with a bad one, you feel disconnected from the world, and you can’t really live a successful life. With a decent education I can change the world, or at least make a major difference. I am not entirely sure how I can make a difference, but I know a good education will help. I think a good education is imperative because it will influence my life in the future.
If you don’t get a college education you could miss the opportunity to have a successful career. I have spoken to Chris Bynum and Derik Lochotki on why college is so important. I also asked them what happens if you missed out on college. It is important to get a college education, and it could lead to great benefits in the future. First, in the past people with a high school diploma could get a simple job and live in a decent home.
