Planning influences what student will learn, because planning can transform the available time and curriculum materials into activities, assignments and tasks for students so time is the essence of planning. (Woolfolk, Margetts, 2010). To promote effective learning and teaching, implementation of quality plan is significant. Planning should include all the essential ingredients of effective teaching to model the commitment to learning. Effective teaching should acknowledge the impact of factors such as attitudes, perception, expectations, abilities, gender, socio-cultural background and maturity on every learning experience.
Student records, attendance, achievement and disciplinary details will be some of the information kept. By assessing need I can gather the information required to enable me to plan and design a suitable learning experience that can be delivered satisfactorily. My responsibilities are many and varied; from ensuring that the course delivers on its aims and outcomes to satisfying the students’ learning needs both from a course material perspective and any further assistance they may need to complete the course. By making good use of the assessment and evaluation parts of the TTC I will be able to ensure that I am meeting their needs and that the course is delivering the content and standard that is expected. Boundaries are ethical and course and student related.

This is an analysis of roles, responsibilities and relationships in Lifelong Learning; by defining them in the context of teaching, and explaining the importance of promoting appropriate behaviour in the classroom. I will explore teachers responsibilities for identifying and meeting the needs of learners by encouraging and enabling all learners to reach their full potential; roles and responsibilities in promoting equality and diversity; relationships between teachers and other professionals, identifying boundaries and reviewing points of referral to appropriate support persons/agencies to meet the needs of learners; responsibilities for establishing and maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment; and compliance with key aspects of legislation and codes of practice relating to the role of teachers. There are numerous roles and responsibilities are numerous that teachers will undertake daily. According to Wilson (2009), roles describe functions of teachers.
What makes an effective primary classroom? Discuss and debate with reference to research and wide reading, including journals, books and other media During this essay I will look at several areas of schooling, all of which have an impact on making the classroom a productive place for children to learn. Getting the right balance of all factors in the classroom is vital in maintaining and progressing a child’s intelligence. I will specifically focus on the ways in which teaching methods can make the classroom a successful place to be. In particular how they keep the classroom under control but also make it a fun place to learn.

1.1 Teaching Role and responsibilities in education and Training The teacher should be qualified to teach the learners, and be able to identify key aspects of related current legislation and know how to challenge discriminatory behaviour and attitudes. They should be well prepared for their lesson, be able to provide the correct resources and information relevant to the course and be knowledgeable about the subject or in the case of covering for another teacher, know where to find information in order to answer questions from learners. Teachers should make an initial assessment the needs of learners prior to starting the course in order to assess their suitability to the course there are delivering. Lessons should be prepared and sessions well planned. Establishing good ground rules at the start of the lessons are an important part of the teacher’s role to ensure everyone has clear expectations within the classroom environment, this helps to ensure appropriate behaviour and respect for others within the class.
During initial assessment I would identify learners individual needs and take then into consideration when planning my lessons .An example of inclusion in a classroom setting could be to use learners names when talking to them , using eye contact and speaking to them , personally during and after each session . (Gravells,2012:18) Can create a conducive learning environment where everyone will feel included adapting assessment methods to suit and meet any particular needs for example , a visually impaired learner may have their information and assignment in braille , questioning done verbally so the learner can dictate answer,to select inclusive learning and teaching techniques. I will read the qualification syllabus and my organisations recommendations to develop a learning plan that will embrace all needs .The choice of techniques will be influenced by my experience , the learners and the environment where the learning will take place
Development of Assessments Summary of responses: According to the instructors or trainers a pre-class questionnaire or training needs analysis is critical for the development of an assessment or program. To realize and collect important data it is essential to prepare clear and precise goals and a concise course outline. C. Implementation of Assessments Summary of responses: The interviewees present the students/employees with the objective of the lesson at the beginning. The instructors stated that they also present the objectives in the middle and end of the learning segment. All interviewees engage in face-to-face discussions to discover the level of skill and limited disabilities of their students/employees.
It also allows them to increase the higher order of thinking within the lesson and bring it up to a level of understanding to where each child is challenged based on their own method of learning. Although the first competency of rigorous learning and planning the lessons are encouraged, another competency of this component is professional development. Professional development helps teachers with every aspect of their work environment. We incorporate professional development in our organization by attending all of our staff meetings, monthly grade level meetings, and in-district workshops. The professional development meetings inform the teachers of how to incorporate rigorous learning into their lessons and also explains what the district expects to see from the staff.
