Voting for me would allow them to have a better secretary for the rest of the year and possibly a better representative next year. By voting for me to go to CASL, my classmates would benefit because we would have a better & experienced leader in their class. I have shown major commitment and dedication to both leadership and my class. Every single day (even Mondays), I am early and ready to learn how to become a better leader. I have also been at almost every single workday the freshman class has had for all required events.

I will become educated in many different subjects and learn mainly about the body, bone structure and more. The salary will be a large income that I can save up towards when I have a family, living suspense and paying off my student loans. My main goal as an OT is being able to help others to the best of my ability so that they will be able to maintain their everyday life at a normal state. Once I become an OT, I plan to further my studies by becoming a specific Pediatric Occupation Therapist. In conclusion, Occupational Therapy has history, requires schooling, beneficial to the individual who conquers the career.
I tried college right after high school but dropped out because I felt like I was wasting time and money. I told myself that when I decided what to major in I would go back and get my degree. I have been working as the office manager of a long term care facility and realized that my career path has reached its max potential with out a degree. My experience working with the accounts receivable and accounts payable and monitoring the financial process of a business has awakened my desire for more out of my career. At this point in my life I would love to move into the corporate level but need the college degree to do so.
The abovementioned encapsulates the essence that internal customers are one of the most important keys to a company’s success. Motivating and engaging the workforce entails planning for the advancement and/or changes in responsibilities to best suit both the organization and employee skills, talents and desires. In this way, both the business and the employee benefit from this symbiotic relationship. What’s ironic is that approximately ten years ago when I was completing my graduate studies, the same issues that are troubling today’s employers are the same issues we were encountering then.
