Analyzing and doing an explanation about the factors of low health expectancy in advanced countries has become a severe problem that people have to be faced with. Low health expectancy refers to indicating worsening health status of population. The key problem in the essay is how people can be compelled to combine sound lifestyle with a good state of mind into their normal routine lives (Simopoulos, 2005: PXLII).Therefore, much more attention than ever before should be paid to living a healthy life and having good spirit as well as physical activities owing to their contributions to health expectancy in developed countries. One of the main factors leading to low health expectancy is poor healthy lifestyle. It seems likely that getting into a poor lifestyle is one of the elements contributing to low health expectancy in advanced countries in modern society. First of all, the health has been influenced by some common disease like obesity and diabetes which are mainly resulted from the unhealthy diet. People usually tend to enjoy junk food rather than nutritional food.
