As an example we operate on a SMART objective meaning targets should be specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and time-bound, when targets are set correctly you will be able to monitor progress and review accordingly. 1.3 It is important to prioritise targets and set realistic timescales to avoid disappointment and poor work performance.
