How can you apply what you have learned? One of the most valuable elements that I learned from the Political Frame Wiki is that each of the key players play a significant role in the political frame. Key players can include counselors, teachers and even janitors. What is important is that each key player is given an opportunity to utilize their strengths to provide students with an optimal learning experience so that they may fare as adults in the real world. They key players each play a role in helping students and the school as a whole to be successful.
Every Child Matters framework has had a wide ranging impact of provisions for children and young people nationally. As part of this and community cohesion, schools have been developing roles such as after school clubs and extended schools programmes, all of which are inspected by Ofsted. The school will also need to develop their own policies in line with the national requirements for such areas as child protection and safeguarding children. C) Explain the roles of other organisations working with children and young people and how these may impact on the work of school There are a large number of organisations that work with children and young people, so it makes sense that they should liaise with each other, sharing their knowledge and experience. They should develop links with each other for pupil support and community cohesion.
Different ones offer different opportunities to meet people working in your field. The Association of Information Technology Professionals just states that you will meet people and get the chance to speak with industry leaders one on one; they just don’t specify how that will happen. “As an NPA member, you have tremendous opportunities to interact with other network professionals through local chapter meetings, workshops, and newsletters” (Network Professional Association). Also the Association for Computing Machinery has “a vast network of over 100,000 highly dedicated student and professional peers”,(Association for Computing Machinery) for you to interact with. LinkedIn® and Monster® are widely known to have networking abilities as well.

Pathos is a rhetorical tool used to appeal to a reader’s feelings or desires. The importance of using pathos to appeal to the reader’s emotions is to make them feel at ease with the idea of a united world. Crystal’s pathos appeal is shown through unity to invite his audience to care about the argument. The author states that “It is now possible, using electronic mail, to copy a message to hundreds of locations all over the world virtually simultaneously…that is why people so often talk, these days, of the ‘Global Village.”’ (Crystal 358). This is the only part of the excerpt where Crystal tries to attach on to his audiences emotions.

When I arrived to work at 8:00 in the morning, I attended handover from the previous shifts work in which they are passing information about what had happened during their shift. We are doing this every end of the shift, so that everyone is updated on what is happening with our residents. Handover is one way to promote effective communication, it really helped us. It is very important in our daily living, it is a necessity as we use it to promote and spread information/ideas. I am practicing effective communication to share my opinion, knowledge, feelings and even my emotions and most especially to build and maintain a good relationship with my colleague, our residents, their relatives, and other healthcare professionals.

It may be diverse by physical differences, opinions differences, or background differences. However, these differences are the foundation or the world we live in. Diversity is important in a college community because it allows students to commit to looking beyond the original and those unlike us. Describe reasons for applying to Dennison? Of all the many reasons why I would love to be accepted at Dennison College, the main are the close knit learning environment, the strenuous liberal arts academic curriculum, and the cultural diversity.
