Giving and receiving feedback is good, as it can help you work and develop as a team. You might see staff bending over a bed to give personal care instead of raising the bed to a suitable height, so you are not bending over the service user. I would explain to the staff on the importance of raising the bed, as this can cause back injury to them. You can use constructive feed back to build on use it as a tool not a negative.
