It allows for me to show my interest for my work and job role I am fulfilling. It will help to show me in a good light and avoid leaving a poor impression of myself. To help set the high standards for myself I can speak to the manager to discuss what the standards are for the company and what I am required to do to implement this. I can also review pass work to gain a further understanding and feel for what standards are expected for employees of the company.
Regularly do risk assessments so that they can minimise and identify any potential risk that could hard staff or service users. To make sure that I am safe at all times and I don’t put others at risk due to my actions. Make sure that we only do things that we are trained to do and the way that we have been trained to do so. Keep our training all up to date and make sure that we make note of any changes passed on by our manager. To make sure that all employees are health and safety trained and keeps them all up to date with any changes.
It listed dated expectations for employee training, as well as tasks my manager required of me. Performance appraisals are an efficient way for an employee to promote themselves within a company. After I received my performance appraisal, I was given the opportunity to review the appraisal with my manager and ask her questions about the comments that she made towards my work performance. I was also able to discuss with her, about what training I wanted to pursue towards my own personal goal within the company. The review was signed by my manager and me, at which I was given a carbon copy of as well.
An operations manager is a person who runs the operations of a business daily. This position is responsible for efficient and effective measures. I am best suited for this position because of my strong work ethic, organization, and motivation skills.
