M1 I will be explain the points of view of different stakeholders seeking to influence the aims and objectives of your two chosen organisations. Sir John Cass aims and objectives: * To provide the opportunity for every student to acquire and develop the knowledge, skills and understanding that will prepare them for their chosen path into, and through adult life, able to accept fully that every right has, in equal measure, an associated responsibility. * Produce confident, polite and socially responsible young adults; * To provide an environment which allows all member of staffs to operate as effectively as possible. * Encourage the widest possible participation in sports and co-curricular activities. * Continue to improve existing and when required develop new accommodation, systems and facilities; and thereby provide a safe, well-maintained and effectively used environment for pupils and staff. * Produce confident, polite and socially responsible young adults Customers: The customer of the school as I mentioned before are the students of the institution. They have a stake in the school such that it provides them with the knowledge and information needed to succeed in the real world. Students are needed in a school because without them an educational institution would not be able to function. A school is giving opportunity for students to come and learn what they would like to study. For a student, the reason they are having an affect in the school is to use up the resources available and succeed in their desired field. For a student who wishes to become a doctor, he or she will be taking up all available resources handed to them such as after school revision, mentoring etc. to become a more knowledgeable and achieve the required grades needed to fulfil their dream.
