In this area of learning, creativity has been shown to be very interesting as workers can put together other learning areas, such as problem solving, together with creativity and help children understand, learn and achieve their development by using different methods. There are three aspects of creative development which are being creative by responding to experiences, expressing and communicating ideas; exploring media and materials; and creating music and dance. Being creative by responding to experiences, expressing and communicating ideas shows an overall of how the children might express themselves. This aspect of learning makes sure that workers know that children need a wide range of experiences, materials and resources for them to be able to express themselves by planning different types of activities for them to do.
Children learn by observing and imitating and so watching and being supported by adults who encourage and work creatively by being flexible in approach, solving problems and painting and drawing with them can help develop their creativity. When you select materials to include in the display you need to have a good quality of backing paper and border. All the selected materials need to be relevant to a topic that the children are learning about. Where appropriate, 3D materials and textiles can be used to add interest and help to value classrooms and display areas. Often, the display should be the representation of the children’s own work.

It is important that find effective ways to communicate positively with children, young people and Adults. Children and young People have various ways to communicate, while some may use their speech. Others have some speech impairment, as Adults working with them. We can encourage them to communicate by using Pecks, symbols, intensive interaction. For example, you can use a symbol for toys to help a child choose which toys they prefer to play with.
Learning about the different types of ethnic groups in the class and what disabilities they possess will help create a lesson plan. If a student lacking in fine motor skills than you can offer a play center allowing them to practice their fine motor skills. An example is having students pick up a small object with tweezers, like popcorn kernels or small beads. There are many resources to create a diverse atmosphere.
