Infect, it is more like sharing and giving not just food, it could be anything that could help the poverties and I think one of the most important facts is to give them all the happiness you could. Throughout this assignment, I learnt a lot about how many people out there are having a very hard time while we are doing whatever we want to do and having a best time in our life. To prevent the poverty incensement, everyone have to volunteer around them whenever they have chance to do. So some time in our or their life we will learn and also until there are no poverties in the world so the world can be happy living forever.
Arthur may not be the best at managing others, which could make presentations or working on teams difficult. Arthur would not be the best choice to manage other workers, but he is an asset to the company because he has a positive attitude and likes his job. Arthur is a valued employee, and this positive state of mind could be good for morale. “Breaking down organizational goals into smaller more detailed task geared specifically toward the strength of an employee is an example of Management by Objection or the goal setting theory” (Pearson Education, Inc, 2011). As manager, I have decided that Arthur will serve the company well working in a position that does not require him to be in charge of any projects.

Expertise- volunteers in the public services bring many things to the table, one of these things is that they provide the public services and the community with their individual expertise. The reason for this is that the volunteers that are supporting the public services may have different types of expertise that they can use to lighten the payload a little for the regular servicemen and women. Sometimes someone is just the kind of person that just wants to help all the time, then theirs people like me who will help out if they get an urge to or if they pressured into it and then there’s the people who just don’t care. The ones that are, have special qualities that are a great benefit to everyone they help. A human service worker gives up their time to help others and often for very little salary. It takes a very special type of person to work in any type of human service work and the world is a better place thanks to these people. To be a human service worker one must first be trained to obtain the adequate knowledge to be successful in ones chosen field of study, which can vary depending on where the person want to help.
