Cincinnati Super Subs After reading the case study in our textbook, Cincinnati Super Subs experienced several problems including breach in store policies, low employee morale, high turnover rates, and excessive wastage. (McShane, 156). The company serious lacked employee motivation, and that is why all the problems they were facing occurred. Most of the employees at Cincinnati Super Subs are young men and women who are either in High School or College, just working part-time. They need all the motivation they can get. Some ways that they can remedied the situation: 1. By having the managers spend more time in the front of the store and provide constant supervision over their employees. This also establishes leadership and management.
