The FIU Panthers football team is a part of the Shula Bowl every year against rivals FAU (Florida Atlantic University). The field they play at is “the cage” that’s painted with gold and blue. They also have NBA hall of famer, Framer Thomas as the head coach of the men’s basketball. FIU has a girl’s basketball team, volleyball team, softball team, and a soccer team. Which all ranked number 1 in the NCAA division.

Johnson & Johnson is a company that takes pride in its diversity. Not only do they recognize the necessity for diversity, they take steps to assure that diversity is prominent in the business. Assignment 4 is a group assignment for this semester. Applying my skills of bring my teammates up by looking for best in them, treating them all the same, evaluating my goals along with team’s goals consistently, analyzing out work and data for outcomes, and helping to fix and problems that arise.
