2012 SPONSORSHIP LETTER Dear Potential Sponsor: The Carolina Elite Girls Fastpitch organization that now consist of 8 teams ranging from 18u Gold / 16u / 14u / 12u / 10u is looking for your support! The team consists of some of the most talented girls from the Carolinas and Georgia. We are based out of South Carolina. Our organization currently has teams that participate in many local and regional tournaments, college showcase tournaments and National qualifiers throughout the year with the ultimate goal being to receive college scholarships at their school of choice and to qualify for the 2013 ASA National Tournaments to be held in California, Florida, Kentucky, Tennessee and Illinois. Our coaching staff’s oriented philosophy is to provide these girl’s a supportive atmosphere and the necessary environment to provide an opportunity to develop not only as softball players playing at this high level, thus receiving scholarships and bringing honor to their community but also as citizens that would make you and/or your company proud. In order to achieve their aspirations, funding support is extremely necessary. The Carolina Elite Girls Fastpitch organization is a self-supporting non-profit organization that requires outside support to defray the costs of facilities, equipment, entry fees and travel.…show more content…
