Air pollution has been going on for a long time but most of us do not try to find a solution to this problem. The special focus of this essay is to inform people about the detrimental effects of air pollution. We mostly are being polluted inside our houses, although thinking that the safest place is that. However, we are wrong; we are being highly polluted from indoor pollution as well as outdoor pollution. Air Pollution and the Environment Air pollution is posing health risks to people and dangers to the environment. Air pollution consists of gases, solid or liquid presets in the atmosphere in high levels. And those high levels are harming humans, other organisms, or materials. Humans are the biggest producers of pollution, which, in return, will shorten our lives and cause many illnesses. However, air pollution can come from natural resources as well. Lightening causes forest fires or volcano eruptions all around the world. All humans are facing air pollution. It is time to take action and make our environment a fresher and a cleaner place. Because of pollution there are chemical reactions in air that can create acidic compounds in the environment which can cause harm to everything. For example, when a sulfuric acid goes to the air, it mixes with the water and forms acid rain. Acid rain can pollute everything such as drinking water and vegetation, erode buildings, and damage aquatic life. Another huge source of air pollution is transportation.
