Between practices, weight lifting, running, watching film and games, a college athlete is always busy. These sports do not leave time for this student to get a job and try to pay off his or her debts. Most college athletes are focused on the team and putting all effort towards their sport. It is like having a full time job. During college, kids become adults and need to pay for their own things because their parents aren’t going to pay for them forever.

They put in a great amount of time, effort, and work into being a student athlete. Being a college athlete is exceptionally laborious and can be both mentally and physically exhausting. There’s far more that goes into being a collegiate athlete than most individuals realize. Many people just see these athletes as the average student that in addition, gets to do what they love as an extracurricular.
People who go to college now pay to go there and if they fail a class they just wasted a lot of money. If the government paid for everyone’s education then no one would think they would have to work hard and they would think they would have to work hard and they would end up failing once they moved in to there career. The only people that deserve to go to college for free are people that earn a scholarship or those who apply for financial aide. These programs are there for the people that have the desire to go to college. Most people that think a higher education should be free are not very wealth but there are programs like financial aide to help them if they have the desire to get a higher education.

There are people who dropped out college and are very successful in their lives, For example, Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg and Steve Jobs. There are good numbers of careers where degree is not a main factor; all that matters is your hard work and experience. There are different ways to educated yourself rather than college. There are many unemployed people who attended college and think all the investment they did in their study was in vain.

This overwhelming number of Belknap students still does not constitute half of the entire University’s students as a whole, with the several different campuses and various online courses that are available. Well if you’re like most people in America you can’t pay for your college up front so have to take out loans and scholarships to help support you going to school? No matter who you are college isn’t cheap now if the scholarships and fellowships are taxed that’s less money that actually gets to the school so you end up paying more. Also would have more debt. For some people that’s the only way that they can afford to be in school.
