The Outsiders, by Se Hinton, was very different from the movie the Outsiders. The book gave a lot move description but I’m glad I saw the movie to get the actual picture in my head. I don’t think people should by separate by the way they look or how much money they have. All people have feelings. If the movie had more detail it would be more interesting.

Now, I am reading the book that named The Fault in Our Stars by John Green and I already read some reviews on Amazon. Most people really like this book, but some people do not like it, because they think this book is pretentious, and characters are boring, which make many people disappointed. For me, I insistently said that this book is a wonderful book I have read by John Green, even though some negative reviews on Amazon claim that the character Hazel is too perfect, people want to stop reading when they only finish the first chapter, and the story is too boring.
Reading solely affects the reader. When the audience reads the literature, not everyone receives the same connection towards it. One reader might connect in a more compassionate way to the reading while another might connect more sympathetically. Bloom mentions that everyone reads to connect to their benefit. “The pleasures of reading indeed are selfish rather than social”(Bloom 2).
I've got to say it wasn't easy trying to figure out which one I liked best, but I got to say I liked the film much more prominent then the novel. To see the action and adventure come to life was astonishing. Once you watch it though you see lots of differences from the novel and the film. You might see some from the characters or from something else. You will have to read it your self, but I will give you some differences to give you an idea of it.
It’s easy to find a cheesy book that is so cheesy it isn’t even funny and books that are so serious that you could read the entire novel cover to cover without a single facial expression. This novel is just the perfect bit of seriousness and comedy at the same time. Lastly, this book is educational. What would be the point of the book if it didn’t teach a lesson? This novel teaches some important and valuable life lessons that can change the way people are viewed, and help one to understand why they behave the way they do.

The metaphorical phrase “don’t judge a book by its cover” is well known by most Americans; given our technological age, perhaps now we should think of it as “don’t judge a book by its movie.” When novels go through the process of being made into a motion picture the novel tends to be changed to better accommodate the actors or the audience. Sometimes this can be very effective; but occasionally writing movies originally from books can also be destructive to the author’s original ideas and purposes. This is done for several reasons which include the idea that an addition to the movie may enhance the story. *The book has more information about the story while movies are shortened and with less information. Also, for what the producer and director believe will enhance the entertainment aspect of the film, they made add information that was not at all seen in the book. So people should read the books before they watch the movie. The other aspect of the book vs the movie is the instant ability to re-read passages that at first the reader did not totally grasp.
Today I want to try my best to persuade you why you should read books. Television, on one hand, offers a colourful motion picture, whereas, the books, on the other hand allows you to think imaginatively with the characters in the book and their background story and the atmosphere that the story takes place.There are also people wondering why they would read from books rather than from online websites? spending hours reading from internet can cause you headaches and pain in your eyes, on the other hand books dosent cause you headaches nor problem in your eyes no matter how long you read except if you are reading it from a wrong angle .
