I know that when I take this position I will be faced with countless obstacles but I will not give up on my squad. When I make cheer captain, I will give my all and try my hardest to get this squad where it needs to be. I know my place on the squad should be captain because I am a dependable and responsible person. I am also a well-organized person, so I will always make sure everything that needs to be done for the squad is done. I know I will be capable of organizing the formations of our squad and organizing the stunts that will be used.
This in turn will allow everyone which I deal with to feel valued and included. I always provide feedback on good practice which shows others and encourages my team to maintain equality and diversity and I aim to lead by example. All clients that we care for are usually vulnerable in some way or another. Understanding my role can have a direct impact on promoting equality, diversion and inclusion. Discrimination is not tolerated by Whitworth Lodge who has many policies and procedures in place which are regularly discussed within staff meetings.
I feel this committee was able to work out all of our differences and make a better diversity in the workplace. I really enjoyed the last part of this article that stated, “Success is not going to be handed to them on a plate,” I feel that is the case in any situation you come across, you are the only person that has to take the first step in making yourself better. In my life I use my faith to push me even harder and stronger to overcome those situations. In comparison to my personal example, “Alix Carbon has been encouraged by her managers to push herself to up her nursing diploma to a degree qualification and attend other courses that she might not have believed she was capable of with encouragement.” I feel in this situation Alix used her managers to uplift and motivate her to better herself to show to others she was capable of doing what she thought she was unable to
A face to face meetings is most effective method because the message is conveyed not only in words, but also in tone and body language. Aware this meeting may be time consuming, Carol anticipates instant back and forth and questions which she will entertain time permitting after the meeting. Liebler and McConnell (2012) state a “face to face interaction is the strongest means of communication.” (Liebler & McConnell, 2012). Carol intends to keep it goal focused, she will state her observations, informs the staff of her expectations as a nurse manager, iterate policies, punctuality, dress code, and last, patient care. In anticipation of a lengthy meeting Carol is requesting for nursing coverage
Stimach was very persuasive in her essay by being very clear and concise and hitting key points. In conclusion, I believe “A Look at College Marriages: Why Students Should Wait” should be published in the next edition of Writing Arguments because the author backed up her claims with reliable sources and responded to opposing views. Her argument was organized and she gave three specific reasons why students shouldn’t get married in
Not only would she able to work from her living room but her sisters would be able to help too. Plus the Lycee Myriam which was the market of clothing had remained strong through the Regime. Of course Kamila knew that all women would need clothes to wear especially with the conditions that all women were in. Kamila knew that Malika her sister would be the perfect person to teach her. Kamila goes to Malikas place and she explains the idea she had, and so Malika agrees to help her sister.
Address all concerns, issues, etc. with the coach(es) following the chain of commands. Remain positive regardless of the situation. Keep girls on task (especially at games)… no talking, horseplay, etc. Be the linking source between the coach and the squad.
I will remind myself every day why I became a nurse and aspire to make my patients my number one priority. Functional Differences As licensed professionals, it is our duty to protect the public’s health and welfare by assuring that we provide safe and competent nursing care. It is also our responsibility to seek opportunities to advance our professional growth. Regulatory agencies and Professional Nursing Organizations afford us the resources to do that. The functional differences between both types of organizations
I feel that the patient should be included in all decisions concerning their health care. They should be able to function at their ability, and if they’re unable to do something, the nursing staff should be ready and willing to assist them as much as needed. The patient should know their nights and all procedures should be explained to them prior to it being started. I feel like the patients family members should be there as a support system. They should be there for the patient to confide in if they don’t feel comfortable with the staff of nurses.
For instance, Alpha Chi Omega’s motto is “Real Strong Women” because we believe that every woman has the right and the ability to be as independent and successful as she wishes to be. Not only that, we are taught to value each member of our organization as if we ourselves were in her shoes, and what employer wouldn’t want that characteristic in an
