As we ate our meal the waitress made many trips to give refills. The only problem with the service was the fact of another person bringing over our meal which is definitely understandable since the restaurant was considerably busy. Dining at Cracker Barrel was an enjoyable experience for me. With the abundance of fresh southern meals, and its unique and amazing environment, it simply helps you to relax while forgetting your troubles. During my visit to the Cracker Barrel I experience a historical atmosphere, the food was exceptional, the best of service, and although normally very busy, especially at prime season, it does not take long to get a table.
By working as a team you can gain valuable knowledge from those who are more experienced than you, but it also allows you to suggest newer and fresher ways to approach learning. Each member or person has their own skill and expertise, communicating with them helps you to learn, build up your own knowledge and know your own responsibilities.By working as a team you will also learn to trust and respect your colleagues, build relationships and build your own confidence. Teamwork sets a good example to others especially children and shows them they are surrounded by people who they can trust and respect. When adults are working effectively together and are working as part of a team, the children will see them as role models and will follow, copy and mimic what they see, To a parent this shows that the school are setting a good
Since the true path to happiness, according to Epictetus, is the attainment of virtue, we can all become happier by improving ourselves, whether morally or intellectually. Furthermore, Epictetus' philosophy of happiness would lead us to live less stressful lives if we came to worry about only that which we can control. Still, while I admire Epictetus and his philosophy, I do not believe that most of us could be happy purely through the attainment of virtue. I believe that social support and some level of material possessions are necessary for happiness; we cannot forever strive only for virtue. I do, however, believe that Epictetus had a strong point when he asserted that we should only, rationally-speaking, worry about what we can change -- what good is there in worrying about things we cannot
Truly, it is easy to have a dilemma-free set of values if they are never challenged in new ways; values like these have no place in an ever-changing and flexible justice system. Personal Values Personal values are the values I have either adopted or deemed define my moral compass. Personal values can change with age and experience as life’s challenges press the boundaries of understanding and ability to morally cope with dilemmas and conflicts. Personal values are molded by family and interaction with community.
The Price of Education One thing that many people do not think about when choosing to acquire an education is the effect it may have on their relationships with friends and family. For some, there may be no change in the family dynamic, but others may feel the need to distance themselves from their families if they deem their family intellectually inferior or a hindrance to their goals of academic success. Richard Rodriguez took the approach that it was indeed necessary to isolate himself from his family in order to attain his educational goals. Bell hooks takes a completely opposite approach to her education. She feels it necessary to maintain a strong grasp of her roots and a strong relationship with her family.
You can reflect on this and decide that you're going to make sure what you're doing is right for the individual you're caring for. This then shows that you are constantly improving on your skills. There is also Tuckman's theory. This is the most common of the team development theories. The theory focuses on how a team progresses through a situation.

They do not have to stay in the house all day with the children and obey their husbands. They can go where they want and do what they want(that's within the law). Women are also free to wear pants, short skirts, short and loose hair, and act how they want in public. Though, being from the time period she was, Stanton may not approve of modern fashion trends, but she might be happy knowing that women today have the choice to do so. As long as women have been mistreated, they have fought for the same rights that their male counterparts had.

Freedom is more important than stability because stability is control and demanding and the freedom to feel, dream, and to be able to create your own life and be who you want to in a way gives you your own stability. Stability is important in a way but not nearly as important as freedom. With stability its all control and demand. Your being controlled and have to do what the society tells you every single day. For example, in Brave New World nobody in the community has a family and can’t even think on there own.
