These differences are what make us all unique because of these differences people have different ways of dealing with certain situations, different coping mechanisms and various levels of openness or resistance. It is due to these differences that require a hypnotherapist to take these variables into consideration when devising a therapy strategy and selecting the techniques to be used for the individual so as to achieve the best result from the therapy when working with the subconscious mind (Chrysalis,. 2012). The screeds in the inductions is to include as many likes as possible while trying to reduce the dislikes where possible, no dislikes. The likes of the individuals can have more effect on relaxation of the individual person increasing the calmness feeling to maximum, where
This essay will describe the benefit to put into practice a personalised induction, as well as the things that need to be focused on in order to personalise. I will also show that in certain circumstances it is not always possible to personalise an induction. As human beings we may present as similar in appearance and behave similarly, but actually we are all unique. We are all different shapes and sizes, come from different cultural backgrounds, have different views which have shaped our morals and values to make us what we are. As hypnosis works with the subconscious mind we need to understand that every client will have different needs and requirements and as therapists we need to work very closely with them, to assist them to achieve
Faced with situations that force change, many individuals explore a side to themselves that they didn’t know existed prior to the conflict. Individuals may find that good qualities shine through in times of conflict and others demonstrate that in times of conflict, circumstances are harsh and act accordingly, demonstrating negativity. Regardless of how individuals respond to conflict, the response in which individuals demonstrate are extraordinary and whether individuals respond positively or negatively, remarkable courage, resilience and leadership is shown in the beliefs of individuals. ! !
As humans, we tend to take these signs and symbols for granted. We all need to learn what certain symbols mean, and how they can help us get through situations, or just the day ahead. Our own reflection about these meanings, contain symbolic thinking on many levels as well. We learn how to reflect upon these meanings, and how they can help us out spiritually and mentally. Even so, symbols can often be misunderstood.
I can recall situations where I was friendly and was being able to sustain a healthy relationship with friends and coordinates; I wasn’t able to support them fully. I do always value feedback, but always the positive one. I think what limits me is that I need to learn negative feedback as well. That may help me improve much more. What limits my score is also, I have always felt uncomfortable sharing my feelings with others.
Instead of going into great detail about this part of the chapter, a brief summary of this section can provide a good understanding of these three topics. Claimsmaking is not an easy thing to do all-in-all. There are many different aspects that a claimsmaker has to be aware of. One aspect is the audience that the claim is introduced to. The claimsmaker has to mold to the audience so that the claim can have an everlasting impression on the minds of the listeners.
I first did not know what should be said, then could not help but question what the disability was. I think questions are great they help with understanding but they sometimes do get in the way. I tend to ask a lot of questions in new situations just to become comfortable with it. I know this can be hard to deal with and at times it must seem like I am nosey are intrusive. It was an eye opener, because of the things it was stating about my core values. Some of the results were very on point, and some things are characteristic’s about myself I’m still struggling to change. My results, state I prioritize the value of my own life according to reasons and motives, and not by other people trying manipulate it. I try not to go overboard on certain situations, but try to keep the balance on things, by managing to think things rationally. Every situation is different and every person has a different reaction to situations, thus as we are constantly growing and changing, the ‘truths’ we have come to know and believe can also change. Truths in life are also very relative just because something is truthful and applicable to one area of life does not mean that the same truth can withstand in other areas, and just because it falls doesn’t mean that it is a lie. It is up to us to determine what we find to be truthful in life. Obrien intends for “The Things They Carried” to challenge the factor of absolute truth that we view so close
I learned that each individual has a different perception on what or how they view something that is in front of them. Each person has a different type of knowledge to shape this perception because we all come from different cultures, regions, or have different experiences that shape this perception. I have also learned that to have a better understanding in my work environment when communicating I need to look at all aspects of how I see things, but also on how my other coworkers see things as well. We come from different angles when viewing something or hearing something because we all see something in a different world and this creates different realities and perceptions with every person. When communicating we need to look at the definitive facts or things and learn to accept different views because this creates an open mind to shape ourselves to welcome in more knowledge.
