I have taught my children the importance of sharing and to always help each other out. I don’t want them to be greedy with their belongings as they grow up. I also have taught them to never be mean or talk rudely to anyone because it’s impolite. My family also knows the difference between right and wrong because if they didn’t they would grow up thinking everything they did was ok to do. I want them to know when it is ok to do something and when it’s wrong to do something because if it’s good you will always be rewarded and if it’s bad then something terrible may happen.
Unfortunately, I’ve learned the hard way that sadly not all people are good. I tend to face myself against reality when I don’t want to see the negative in situations. Which is why I have set making good friends as one of my goals. I believe that a friend should never hold you back from your dreams and instead they should be there to help and guide you through the bad, the good, and the ugly. They should be a support system and be there for you as much as you would be there for them and it’s always nice to have good influences as you grow into adulthood.
I do not have any misconceptions about writing I'm just very out of practice and I'm sure with time it will become a lot easier and feel more natural. I need to focus on staying on topic, grammar and punctuation. I tend to go off topic once I get another idea something similar but not part of the idea I was going for in my paper. In order to improve this weakness is by keeping my ideas organize will help me stay on topic After reading chapter one it gave me a new motivation to learn about writing. I have always just gave myself the excuse that I am not a good writer and that’s how I am going to live.
Some of the ways I can stay in charge in these situations are just to avoid the situation all together, have a group of friends that have the same beliefs about drug use as I do, make fun of the situation and give them reasons why I would never choose to do drugs and most important I think is to always say “NO”. I think with all these techniques I have learned and practiced I with be successful in peer pressure
James 1:19 (KJV) says, “Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath.” Taking the correct actions when listening will allow me to mend broken relationship due to lack of communication or listening skills. Readers can learn to follow the examples of the good parent and they can now avoid doing bad things to their own children. Atticus and Calpurnia had done their part as great parents and surely Jem and Scout would grow up to be good parents themselves. But for Bob Ewell, his children would probably grow up thinking that what their father did to them was a good act and they will follow his examples, thus making them bad parents and bad examples for their future children. It’s wrong, in human, and a child will never forget it. It’s like a scare. It never goes away. Everything your child does will remind them of things that happened in the past. Yes your child loves you he/she always will no matter what u say or do to them, but it’s just something that’s not forget able and it’s really not something they can just for give you for.
Everyday things happen to us that seem like the worst thing in the world but people who are mentally strong see through it. We have loved ones 2 leave us and we think that it is so bad but we pull out because we know that there is more for us. Knowing what you want in life and going after it is another form of mental strength. When we know what kind of career we want to pursue and we go to school and do everything we can we have to be mentally strong. Spiritual strength comes with believing in something.
For instant, my parent told me not to play with fire. I listened to their advice because this is a general common knowledge and I know that it is harmful and inappropriate. From listening to family and friends advice, you can definitely avoid many unexpected obstacles. Learning about life through personal experience can help you become more independent and mature person. You never know what you can do until you try.
