The car is the most popular means of transportation in modern society. First, no matter where I go, the car is an indispensable tool. Besides, cars constantly improve every year, especially in appearance, accessories and safety. 2013 Accord and 2013 Camry are two popular cars that I have had, but they are very different in horsepower, gas mileage and safety. The first difference between the 2013 Accord and the 2013 Camry is Engine Power. First of all, 2013 Camry has 140 horsepower, and it can have a strong torque at low rpm. It is ideal for climbing steep mountains or urban driving. On the other hand, 2014 Accord has 145 horsepower, but it is equipped with a high-rpm engine. At 2000~4000 rpm, torque will slightly lose than the Camry. In fact, when it’s at high speeds, the throttle response will be better than the Camry. The second difference between the 2013 Accord and the 2013 Camry is Gas Mileage. For one thing, 2013 Camry is equipped with the latest VVT-I engine, so in terms of fuel consumption will save more gas than the 2013 Accord. For instance, the 2013 Camry has 30 MPG on the high way, but the 2013 Accord equipped with a high-rpm engine only has 26 MPG on the high way. The most important difference between 2013 Accord and 2013 Camry is Safety. The 2013 Camry uses the "Composite Steel Design," so it has greatly improved in conventional safety. Furthermore, the 2013 Accord has “Low-Chassis Design“, so the Accord in handling has more flexibility than the Camry. In addition, the Accord is equipped with four airbags, and the body design is also uses the "Composite Steel Design." This means that in safety, Accord is the better car. In conclusion, as stated above, there are two popular cars that I have had, but they are very different. Some comparisons mentioned above were in power, mileage and safety. In my opinion, they are just cars. Even though
