Chick-Fil-A Experience Jane Ballard DeVry University The Chick-Fil-A Experience My favorite fast food restaurant to dine at is Chick-Fil-A. Chick-Fil-A is a well-known corporate chain of restaurants that offers the boneless breast chicken sandwich. Chick-Fil-A is a mid-priced, casual, family oriented restaurant that specializes in chicken. The experience at Chick-Fil-A is friendly, good food, and great customer service. Chick-Fil-A lives up to its expectation, which is to please each and every customer. Chick-Fil-A's mission statement is to “Be America’s Best Quick-Service Restaurant” (Chick-Fil-A, 2012). The casual attire allowed me to feel relaxed like I was at home. It was loud at times but gave me the feeling of being with family, eating great food, and having a good time. The walls had very decorative décor and made me feel like I was in a family oriented environment. Pulling into the oversized parking lot, the first thing I noticed was all the landscaping and how well it was maintained. I found the restaurant overall very well maintained and clean. The restaurant was always clean because the company would have someone sweep the bathroom and dining area every ten minutes. I think that showing that they keep everything well-kept makes me go back to the restaurant even more. Chick-Fil-A offers a limited variety menu of chicken. First I started off with breakfast. I ordered the spicy chicken biscuit and hash browns. For lunch, I would get a Caesar chicken wrap and French fries. Later I would get the southwest chargrilled salad and a cookies & cream milkshake. I was very satisfied with my meals and dessert. Even though Chick-Fil-A has a limited menu, I think they still have a good overall menu. I think that they should add more to the menu and choose another option to serve besides chicken. And finally the service at the Chick-Fil-A caught my
