“My pleasure” Chick-fil-A is known for its invention of the chicken sandwich. Its chicken only menu attracts millions of customers a year. Most of which customers leave highly satisfied with their experience and service at the quick serve restaurant. If you are not familiar with the Chick-fil-A, by your first visit, you will immediately be astonished and overwhelmed with the excellent first-class customer service that the restaurant provides for its customers. They are by far better than the other fast food or quick serve restaurants. Chick-fil-A is categorized as a fast food restaurant and sometimes referred to as quick serve because of its quick service and also minimal dine-in table service. The employees of Chi-fil-A strive to give the customer the very top-notch service. It is their job to satisfy the customer and they definitely take that to heart. By completing drive-thru orders in 90 seconds and 60 seconds at the counter, you are bound to a pleasant experience. This fast and efficient drive-thru service won Chick-fil-A its record setting sixth title in this year’s “Drive-Thru Performance Study” in Quick Serve Restaurant magazine. Unlike McDonald’s, at the completion of each transaction, you will not hear a “Thank you” or a “See you next time” but these classy words: “My pleasure”. This response is just another of the examples of the superior service you will receive at Chick-fil-A. Normally you would expect to hear those words at a much finer and more elegant dine-in restaurant. Most people would say within the last few visits. Ask a Chick-fil-A customer and your answer is almost opposite. McDonald’s standards are obviously set much lower than those of Chick-fil-A.
