This goal can be measured by comparing it to the SMART goal methodology we discussed in class. SMART stands for specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and timely. This goal is specific because they must train and perform better each day to win the championship in the few weeks they had. It is measurable since they check each person’s time and how they progress, if one runner’s time doesn’t make it they get cut out of the top 7. I define success by how many players learn something not just about the sport but about life lessons. Success to me is seeing a player years after our coach player relationship has ended and they say coach if it wasn’t for you I may not have attended college.

In a game of touch the energy system contribution for a middle player is approximately 60% anaerobic and 40% aerobic with 40% being Lactic and 20% being ATP-PCr. Speed and Agility are essential parts of this game. An average player will complete 15-20m sprints 20-30 times every game. Youth Sports are becoming increasingly popular with children beginning participation at very early levels. The article focused on the fact that youth sports were formed with the intent to help children develop both mental and physical fundamentals through proper instruction of qualified staff. Over the years youth sports have been drawn away from the values that the guidelines were originally formed around. The article mentioned that teamwork and loyalty which were the two primary goals of youth sports are no longer at the top of the priority list. The games have been turned into full competitions based solely on winning.
Each athlete will begin with dynamic stretching and abdominal exercises to concentrate on building a stronger CORE. From there, the workouts concentrate on athletic barbell warm ups such as squats, cleans, and presses but also include axillaries that are sport specific. Examples include in the fall the football players will focus a lot on power cleans, deep back squats, and hang cleans while the women’s volleyball team is on a program that promotes explosive excises like squat jumps, lateral bounders, and band pull aparts. What is my project? My project for this trimester will be based on training an athlete to become a better quarterback. It will be both deep and authentic because I'm training "one" athlete at "one" position. I'm interested in this project because being a personal trainer is something that I wouldn't mind doing as a career and revolving that Round football, just makes it ten times better. Throughout this project, I hope to learn what workout regimens actually show a positive result and which ones don't.
They may have to wait for something to get done causing them to also fall behind because they don’t have what they need to finish their own tasks. Procrastination makes people seem unreliable and maybe even lazy. Take a student for example. Students are often given work that is to be completed at a specific time. While they may think there is no need for this why do it now when I can do it the day before its do, there is good reason for the time given.
Some people may never mature and choose to live there lives that way. Those people usually are inconsistent financially, and unstable and live a life of unhappiness. Maturity doesn't mean that we need to act like monks, but that we should have the intuition and common sense to know when it is appropriate to joke and the boundaries. Growing up I matured at a young age, my parents were strict and when I matured they became strict in a different way. I was held to an unspoken standard.
