I have to work on this so I will not get overwhelmed so I can complete the task at hand ,and that is important in my life. My natural talents are being able to adapt to any given situation, and having the patience, and understanding to help all people no matter their cultural background, or social class they may be. I want to be a human service worker that can give them the best advice, and not to never show signs of being negative or judge mental in any situation. I have a lot to learn in the next two years in school I have my goals written down and things I need to work on like listening mo effectively and making better eye contact. I will work hard every day in my life to accomplish these tools to make me a better listener.
There are many ways I could serve other with my education, by doing my work for this country, by serving the ones that are less fortunate than I, and to teach the next generation of not just students, but also people that motivation and inspiration are the keys to success and that they should never give up. First, I'd try to do my work in this world by what I am taught in my classroom and applying it to the real world. I would use the morals that my teachers use in the classroom in a world that desperately needs my intelligence, and my sense of service. There is no justice in this world and I would use my education to try and apply it to where it needs to be like: in the world, in the courts, in the prisons, in the fields, in the study and in the classroom, at home and abroad. A second way I'd use my education to serve others is by serving the people that are less fortunate than I am.
Running head: Self Assessment/Reflective Memo Strayer University Gordon McQuaige English 115 Dr. Brandy T. Wilson February 20, 2011 Pre-Writing/ Invention Process I used the brainstorming / listing invention process. I did find this strategy effective but it was hard to focus on one individual subject that I could inform my audience with. I guess my main problem was to focus on one particular subject because I had many thoughts going thru my head. I learned that I should try more prewriting strategies to find the one that will give me what it is that I need instead of staying focused on the one that is not working well for me.
Obtain my degree would allow me to achieve my goals in life. My degree is a stepping stone in my life it would allow me to become a teacher within the school district and not only preschool. It also shows my job that I’m serious about it; it allows me to receive pay raises and promotions within the company but we all know that without an education that goal is farfetched. I have learned to not look at returning
Furthermore, the employer will already have a good idea about my skills and personality, becoming a diesel engine repair and diagnostics technician may improve the likely salary level and job security. For example,
My business plan must be a strong, logical and attainable one, but it also does not have to be set in stone. In a way it is sort of in a way, a guide to keep me focused on accomplishing my ultimate goal. This facility would be a great addition to a community because it will properly prepare children early on for certain predicaments they may encounter before attending an actual elementary school, while reiterating skills that they already have. With the analysis of the day care center industry, I found that most just do the bare minimum or what is required and do not really go above and beyond with each individual child. We do not want to be known as just another daycare.
Responsibilities are one of the other main parts of Barak’s speech. To illustrate, my responsibility to myself is to explore all educational possibilities to make myself better and my country better. With this responsibility I can make this country a better place to live by completing my goals and completing my education. I will commit to a goal and I will keep to that goal, to be responsible in school, and be more responsible to my teammates. Finally, responsibilities have a huge impact on everything I do in my daily
They need to work on their lesson plans for the younger toddlers who attend their center in the morning to the afternoon. Other than that, they can only hope to better their environment and do whatever they can to help the children learn and grow at their center. They truly are passionate about their work, and it is evident that their children appreciate the center and the staff. It was a great experience meeting and interviewing people with such
I would help the child to see that just because their parents and grandparents are education to a certain extent, doesn’t mean that’s how it has to be for them. I would encourage them to set their own goals and to work toward creating their own identity. Another way that I would help these students overcome generational poverty is to help them set goals, both short term, and long term. I would help them set some serious goals for their life and for their education in hopes that those goals will stay in their mind and push them to work as hard as they can to be successful and overcome the life that generations before them have laid out for
From a very young age I have aspired to become a teacher or hold a managerial role within childcare. To think that the well-being, learning and development of a child relies upon my colleagues and I is a challenging yet exciting prospect and something which I am very passionate about pursuing. Gaining the qualification that this course provides will help me to further develop and pursue my career in childcare by not only aiding my understanding of how young children learn and develop, but also how to manage and work alongside staff effectively to achieve our goals. I am an enthusiastic learner and strive to extend my knowledge of how children grow and develop. The passion and motivation I feel for children and their development has driven me to gain as much work experience as I can, to enable me to expand my knowledge and further progress my childcare skills.
