Sensing the commercial applications for his patents, Dr. Riordan started Riordan Plastics, Inc. in 1991.” (Riordan simulation) Riordan Industries operates facilities in the United States and China to manufacture and distribute one or more plastic components of each of its products. Riordan Industries shall have a policy covering standardized disciplinary guidelines for violations of the law or other affirmative misconduct and those guidelines shall be enforced consistently and uniformly. The standards set forth in the code of conduct are important to Riordan Industries and must be taken seriously by all Riordan employees, mangers, officers, and agents. Accordingly, violations of these standards will not be tolerated and, in accordance with company regulations and applicable laws, rules and regulations, will result in the imposition of appropriate discipline, up to and including termination. Sanctions imposed will reflect the seriousness of the offense and any unique circumstances of the situation. Any Riordan employee or officer potentially subject to sanctions will be given notice, an explanation of the sanctions imposed, an opportunity to explain the circumstances and events.
