As we are involved in an organizational setting, our main duty is to perform our work smoothly and perfectly. Most professions have internally enforced codes of practice that members of the profession must follow to prevent exploitation of the client and to preserve the integrity of the profession. This is not only for the benefit of the client but also for the benefit of those belonging to the profession. Disciplinary codes allow the profession to define a standard of conduct and ensure that individual practitioners meet this standard. Professional ethics or behavior whatever we call it can be defined through the bellow encompasses criteria.

Personal Ethics Statement Personal ethics is how one values oneself. It is the normal foundation on which people build their lives. It is delt with throughout life, no matter the situation. Personal ethics should be used at all times. It is very important and is always needed to become successful in out society.
If employees are safe and healthy they can provide good service to service users. Every health and social care setting has its own policies, legislation, regulation and code of practice. All the employees are bound to follow those policies and they run their all kinds of work according to the code of practice. Employers will arrange proper training and supply sufficient information to employees to get the optimum outcomes. Management ensures all employees are following organizational regulations and all kinds of operations are conducting in prescribed way.
Staff are expected to be treated with respect no matter what sex, age, disability etc. all staff should take this on board. Another expectation would be that all new employees aregiven the same information as current employees on their induction so that it is to teh same standards expected of all team members. c) The expectattions made of staff who have particular and specific responsibility for equality and diversity within the work place.
