Why I joined JROTC- Essay JROTC has made a major impact in my first and now second year of high school. It has keep me motivaded and dedicated to do well in my company and in all my other classes. I joined JROTC because I like the discipline, wearing a uniform beside the school polo’s, and I wanted to be part of a team. My other reason I join Jrotc is because I want to be in the military. Just like my uncle and my dad’s cousin.
My dad & mom were in JROTC and the said it would be good for me to be in. They said that I will grow a understanding of the military and they said it was fun to be a part of something a little bit bigger than just going to school. In JROTC I made a many friends and I have some type of plan for my future in life. There are some benefits for joining JROTC. There are many reasons I like taking it.
Bessie first got interested in aviation after reading about in the newspaper and seeing a newsreel about flight. The real reason behind her decision to become a pilot was her brother John’s incessant teasing. He told her that flying was something that she would never be able to do. Hearing that from him was the final push Bessie needed to start pursuing her pilot’s license. Bessie started putting in applications to flight schools all over the country in hopes of getting accepted to one.
The latest simulators for the F-22 and F-35 have highly developed tools that help in the training of pilots on tasks such as air-to-air combat, v visual identification, offensive/defensive basic flight maneuvers (O/D BFM) and aerial refueling. Even with a paper airplane science fair project (which sounds quite simple) we need to become scientists. And a good scientist always asks questions. She had many things going for her like becoming a librarian, working with her father at a bank but, science was the one thing she enjoyed and wanted to pursue the most. Marie Mitchell was born and raised in Nantucket, Massachusetts on August 1st, 1887 and died June 28th, 1889. She was raised by her Quaker parents William Mitchell and Lydia Coleman. Her parents highly valued education and wanted her to receive the same education that boys receive.
AP Psychology Sidney Green September 8, 2011 Young Frankenstein was the story of how Dr. Frankenstein was focused on bringing his grandfather back to life. He did many experiences to finally awake his grandfather, but things don’t always go as planned and Dr. Frankenstein put in the wrong brain. He finally succeeded by training him and doing a brain switch from his brain to his grandfather’s. Young Frankenstein has many comparisons that could be used to study Psychology. At the beginning of the movie he was teaching a class and discussed many of the brain parts which relate to our brain project.
His goals in the movie were to play for Notre Dame but in real life his dream was just to attend Notre Dame. The movie shows what he has to do and what are the serious obstacles he overcomes in the process as he fights to play for the school he grew up loving. Some are real; some are made up for the movie. I personally have worn my own hand-crafted tie-dye shirts on several occasions. As a preteen I went through my hippie stage; I was so fascinated by the culture that even for Halloween I dressed up in a colorful hippie tie-dye t-shirt. Creating my colorful t-shirt was easy to make, but there were detailed steps that was followed to get the result I wanted.

Ender showed mental toughness and he showed that he was a complete genius in military tactics. He also shows great courage when agreeing to this invisible contract for the military. Ender is asked by the general himself to come up to space for battle school after the general and his advisor has watched over him for the past couple years. This is his Call to Adventure as a hero.
