That is my main function within the group, to facilitate the day-to-day actions of the other members. If something needs to get done, I assign a member that task and then follow up until completion. The only draw back so far is my aggressive attitude towards mission accomplishment has caused some of the other members to recent my approach. I do not always ask for things in a nice way, I think being direct is the quickest way to get something completed. The biggest affect that it has on the group is slowing down the amount of work that was getting completed.
The less important tasks can be done when it’s quiet or at a later date. The important tasks would be labelled urgent and would prioritise them again. This will help me with each task and it will ensure that each task will be done to the standard required of me. I would also create a check list so I can check that each step has been achieved. A job description usually just summarizes the tasks that have to be done and this might be very narrow, this will make a potential employee assume that there is not a lot to do in this job and then might not expect the full responsibilities of a job and then might quit for this reason. This will limit the productivity of staff and employees. - As a job changes regularly the job description has to be updated, this means the employer or manager has to spend a lot of time updating the job description instead of working on a profitable task. Workbook PWSC 32 1.2 Explain the importance of reflective practice in continuously improving the quality of service provided If we use reflective practice it means that we are constantly thinking about the way we have worked and how we can improve on what we have done. If we realise that we have not done the best we can on each day then it is useful to try to work out how we could have done things in a better way. This way we can use our mistakes as tools to help us learn .It is important to consider that if something had been done in a different way then what would the consequences be of that action and who would benefit from it? If we feel that our day has gone very well then it is still a good thing to think about if there were any aspects that could have been done differently to be even better. For example how else could the activity be done and would anyone benefit from it ?
The test that examines more in depth of leadership styles produced a somewhat predicted outcome. I know that my style and personality are strongly linked to achieving a task to completion. There are few times where I put people’s concerns or worries ahead of the task, generally when necessary but defaulting to task at hand as priority. I don’t believe that I’m inconsiderate of people as my style is to be balance the work loads and give people an opportunity to achieve their directives. This allows me to focus more on the issue at hand and worry less about people’s opinions.
Then again, I do not work as indicated by agendas and in order to start achieving my goals, I need to be highly motivated. After taking the survey, I learned that I need to manage my time accordingly. There should be time for fun and time for serious work. Individuals who have lower future orientation experience arousal procrastination, putting things off to get a last minute rush. I sometimes distance from or reject future goals so that I can reduce present tension and look for more immediate and pleasurable rewards than longer arranges or future objectives.

Learning activities also give the individual new areas of learning, such as subjects and topics that you may have not previously worked on before.
