Our focus as believers, for ourselves, is to love and worship God, to uplift Him in everything we do, to glorify Him in our lives, to love those around us, to be a light in a dark world, and to share God’s love with everyone around us. It ultimately comes back to us serving God and pleasing Him (Crabb, 1977, p. 21). As Psalm 144:15 states, “Happy is that people, that is in such a case: yea, happy is that people, whose God is the Lord”. Rather than seeking happiness, one should focus their efforts on seeking God. From there, true happiness will emerge.
Humanistic-Encouraging people are accepting of themselves, and accept others for who they are without question or criticism. In fact, those scoring higher on this scale have unconditional positive regard for others. This absolute acceptance enables people to grow the most and take greater responsibility for themselves. I agree with this result and believe that I can assist others in fulfilling their potential by providing a supportive climate that inspires self-improvement. As a manager, I can see myself inspiring my subordinates to think, grow and take responsibility for them.
Everything that we do is all through the communication between God and humanity, and humanity as a whole. When we communicate with others, we are sharing our emotions, our stories, and who we are, so we can all be understood. To meet that one special person, who knows everything about you, who takes your heart into their hands, and vice versa, you learn to love that other human being that God has blessed you with to have in your life. You learn about each other, you both know what makes you happy and sad, and you both feel accepted by each other despite all of the flaws you may seem to have. Trust is a gift from God, which he gave to humans, so that we can learn to trust people, and our significant other, especially during hard times.
Christina the Astonishing, help guide me in my path to Heaven. Help me to make the right choices. Help me do the right thing and guide others into doing the right thing also. Guide me in a selfless life and show me how to find compassion for those in need. Show me how to do the little things and the right things so that I can lead others in my example to the glory of God in Heaven.
According to Dr. Hawkins spiritual gifts have a motivational purpose because they enable the believer to participate in ministry that impacts lives which provides an experience of joy in the use of these gifts. True 21. The doctrine of the Trinity teaches about Gods concern for unity and intimacy among his followers. True 22. Understanding the doctrine of Eschatology can help to provide believers with a source of joy when they are enduring struggles, because this doctrine emphasizes that believers have a future secured by God.
* To get the best out of them * To then be able to encourage them to strive to be their best. Having their respect underpins this. * To ensure they can have positive relationships with as many people, moreover, adult sin their life as possible. Knowing I am someone who only wants the best for them. * I ensure I am smiling, approachable and friendly * I am consistently giving praise * I am fair with all the children, this ensures no competition for my attention & is equally shared out.
The two generate an interesting debate; however they might lose their credibility because Robert brought the fact that Jacqueline was married which is not job related and could be discriminatory to unmarried applicant while Paul he continually refer about Sonya’s enthusiasm and could be the selling point but this is not also offer any substantial reasons for her preference. One thing that I observed for the two is that Robert and Paul have a very good relationship – when they do have disagreements they are understanding and accepting of their differences and compromise when necessary. Robert doesn’t think too highly of the swinging bachelor persona, but it hasn’t affected job performance – anyway, it’s diversity that makes life
In keeping a faithfully open mindset relationships are built, you may even feel love. Love is the strongest aspect of faith because it never falters when it is true. Although the strongest aspect of faith, it is also the most difficult to develop. Love and faith can both have very positive affects on your future. Having people who actually care around you can give you the strength to accomplish anything.
We could make more effective plans for their care and education whilst monitoring there welfare to show their skills and ideas. It is always important to have positive relationships because if we didn't there could be a danger that information could be withheld or passed on incorrectly this could result in the child not being given the support they require ending up in a delayed development . In our setting we must always create a good working relationship as it benefits all children and everyone involved, good relationships always create a positive environment where children can settle and relax easily. If we can build good relationships with every parent this is always a positive thing as parents will share information easier and take an interest in what their child is learning. It always helps to have good positive relationships with all staff as we can support each other and enjoy our
Children are our neighbors whom we are called to love. Christians enrich our welcoming of children to a life of faith by holding together these diverse perspectives on whom they are. Because they are gifts of God, for example, we will respect their dignity and bring joy, laughter, and a sense of obligation into teaching and forming them in home and congregation. Because they—like all the baptized—are sinners as well as saints and in need of instruction, we will emphasize the vital role of families in instilling the habits and practices of faithful living, and we will develop substantial congregational programs of faith formation. We will introduce them to good examples, mentors, and stories of faith and service and help them discern their callings.
