How do you get to this page to start with? Is this the start of creating a candidate’s record? I upload my candidate’s CV into our office system (Tracker) the system then recognises the CV and collects basic information of the candidate, such as name, employment title, phone number, address and email address into sections. There is also a quick view option to download CV; also there is an availability box underneath the CV storage which gives a quick overview of basic information about the candidate I have spoken with on the phone. How do you check that the information you have put on to the system is correct and accurate and why is it important do so?
As assistant communications manager at Central Park Inc I have been told to create a table which contains the following types of information: Verbal, written, on screen, multimedia and web based. For each one I will list three internal/external sources and a description. I will also talk about how Birmingham Metropolitan College campus Matthew Boulton uses the internal/external sources. Type of Business Information The Source of the Information Internal/External The purpose of the Information – What is it used for Verbal Internal An internal source is employees speaking to the hierarchy of the business - if they can get a promotion for meeting targets. Employees do this so that they look more confident and so that the employer can read their body language so that there can be a good vibe between the two.

She told me what to do and by the end of the day I had a board, which consisted of myself, my cousin, another cousin who had skills in business, my daughter who has secretarial skills, and my son-in-law who has computer software knowledge. ( Youseff, 2012, 4.5 ) There is a lot of planning which goes into the recruitment and selection process. From what I have Seen within the company where I work, the Human Resource department starts preparing months in advance when they know there is going to be a job fair to recruit some applicants.
