Rafal has Level 3 Diploma in Equality and Diversity. 2. As a manager with different nationality background Rafal is promoting equality and diversity by example and also by carrying Company Policies and procedures which are discussed with staff during meetings and supervisions. 3. Rafal as a Manager is participating in all courses provided by Company to support diversity and equality and he is passing all necessary knowledge to Staff and service users in Beechcroft. 4. All Staff in BC was directed by Rafal to attend Equality and Diversity Course. 5. Beechcroft as a place managed by Rafal is full of choices opportunities for Service users. They have an opportunity to participate in meetings and express own opinion. All Care Plans, risk Assessments and Restriction documents are reviewed and prepared based on information gained form Service users or from observations. Learning Outcome 4: Please explain how the learner: Manages risks presented when balancing individual rights and professional duty of care. Rafal as a manager is responsible for carrying all necessary Risk Assessments and other relevant procedures to make sure that duty of care in not in conflict with equality and diversity.
