The first reason is because a lot of people want a job that will pay very good money. By going to college, you will have the hands-on learning education you need to start your chosen career. This is a huge reason why a lot of careers require you to have at least a two or four year degree. Another reason why college matters is because it helps students boost their confidence level out in the real world. There are countless things that people have to do every single day in life so going college will help give you a better idea of what the definition of life really is.
Allowing children to be able to think independently and create their own behavior can be an effective way to allow for more autonomy, improving their motivation in many areas and get the confidence to achieve better grades in school. Pink explains that “A sense of autonomy has a powerful effect on individual performance and attitude” (88). Many parents will choose to raise and will motivate their children by how they were brought up as a child. While this may seem like a great way to raise a child, it could control motivation and behavior with the experience of pressure and demand. Parents might want to consider teaching their children about autonomous motivation which promotes greater conceptual understanding, better grades, enhanced persistence at school and in sporting activities, higher productivity, less burnout, and greater levels of psychological well-being.
One of the main reasons I have chosen to ho back t school is my family and their well-being. I feel like if I go to school and get an education then I can take care of them the way I need to take care of them. I feel like going back to school will have many good advantages as well as some disadvantages . Some good things is that I will be furthering my education and in the world we live in it’s almost required. Another advantage is that many more job opportunities will come and I will have a better selection then I do now.
It not only provides more opportunities and options but also more academic potential. It also adds value when it comes to securing certain top positions. These values are given to you for working hard and achieving the status of a successful human being. Schools teach you good morals on how to do an effort, how to work hard, how to achieve things, how to become an adult, and how to work with others and get results. “The choices you make now, the people you surround yourself with, they all have the potential to affect your life, even who you are, forever” (Xplore).
High school relationships can easily have a positive and negative effect on the success of students. Friends can help each other with school work or they can distract and slow each other down, it depends on the student’s personality. It would be very difficult to be a high school student if you had a negative attitude towards school, because you would not be dedicated enough to complete homework, or to hand assignments in on time. A lack of sleep and nutrition makes it difficult for students to function fully during class, to succeed you must be wide awake and ready for each class. Extra-curricular activities are a good way for students to get even more involved with school, and usually give students a positive reputation.
There is a famous quote by John F. Kennedy “The goal of education is the advancement of knowledge and the dissemination of truth.” As a parent, people around us might view home schooling as better especially those that home schooled as a child growing up. Most parents’ think that having their child interact with other children is important, but that can be accomplished after school as well, by playing or engaging in recreational activities. Public school encourages socialization everyday and developing new friendships, they are also interacting with children
These relationships help you improve yourself. In a colleges and university environment, you learn how to work in groups and how to cooperate with your partners. You also learn to achieve mutual understanding, an essential and useful skill in your future work. Generally speaking, it's always necessary to have a good education. Second, it will offer motivation to my kids. Not only will the degree provide me with a better position to take part in my children’s classrooms assignments at school, I will similarly be helpful in the life choices they will want to pursue being a role model for them. Attempting to get a college education after marriage with children may also be challenging and may require me to put off those decisions to raise a family. However, currently with the enormously fast progress in technology, attaining an education will be made considerably easy. Patty Murray noted "A good education means learning to read, write and most importantly learn how to learn so that you can be whatever you want to be when you grow up”(Vavrus, 2002).
Joining college immediately also reduces the time wasted and the period of completing college prolonged. If minimized, one is able to finish school fast, get a job and focus on other things in life like investment. It also enables one to advance in their education while still young so as to give room for other advances in life. It would be difficult to pursue such if time would be wasted after completion of every level of education. When students attend colleges immediately, they are kept away from the world of crime that many youth tend to get into due to being without a job.
