Examples of this type of thinking are the move from part design to product design for CATIA and the decision develop software tools to span the entire product life cycle. When DS made the decision to move in each of these directions, it revolutionized the industry and provided customers with a solution that they had not known was needed. Integrating Instructional Technology Integrating instructional technology into the classroom can enhance student’s education in both learning and communicating. My Comprehensive Classroom Technology Plan will include details on how teachers can use technology as a learning tool. By modeling technology fluency I intend to use technology to widen educational opportunities, apply it to the curriculum and to increase collaboration and cooperation among my students. Integrating technology into the classroom will prepare students for global society and lifelong learning experiences. Expectations will be set when starting the course of this journey.

Why is it desirable to maximise individual and team participation in learning events and how can this be done? It’s desirable to maximise participation in learning events as it helps allow the organisation to better create efficient procedures to help promote a positive learning environment for its staff. By creating a positive learning environment, the business is better equipped to conduct business, keep staff for longer and ensure the goals of the organisation are met and kept; the creation of an efficient work environment is periodical in nature and means that the organisation has a better trained and well equipped workforce.
They made a good move to open a new market, but I think if they did some research like Samsung, they would be more successful. Samsung’s Global Marketing is working, because they are doing the grunt work of researching the needs and wants of their customers in different locations and tailoring their products to the results of their research.
