Good leaders are made not born. If you have the desire and willpower, you can become an effective leader. To inspire your workers into higher levels of teamwork, there are certain things you must be, know, and, do. These do not come naturally, but are acquired through hard work. Leaders learn by trying things out and then critiquing their performance. The only failure they recognise is the failure to learn from experience. When we say that a leader has vision, we refer to the ability to see the present as it is and formulate a future that grows out of and improves upon the present.
