400 years age, killing was a part of everyday, natural life. The people of these times believed that to have your father be murdered and runaway and not do anything to find out who has killed your father, the King of Scotland, was very cowardly. The audience was expecting Malcolm to become King of Scotland and then find out who murdered his father. Then he would have them either killed or throw in prison. This did not happen so the audience must think Malcolm and Donalbain are
Macbeth responds, in brief, as a loyal thane to the Scottish king, but the prospect unnerves him. * The audience could see Macbeth’s ambition leading him to cursed thoughts which has been greatly *enforced and twisted* by the* malicious* witches. *The caution from the first apparition causes Macbeth to start a bloody massacre across England, killing families of people who may threaten his position. After this point in the play, we see *that *Macbeth* has* turn*ed* into a ruthless tyrant* in the hope of avoiding fate*, so desensitized to humanity that even the suicide of his wife *could not arouse grief from him. * All he could muster was* “She should have died hereafter”.
The main character Hamlet started off as a son of a powerful King which was then killed by his own brother. His father’s death made Hamlet start changing and wanting to be more violent and even thoughts of taking his own life. Ophelia changed from being just a normal daughter but after her father’s death, she went insane and crazy. Those were just some examples how people changed in Hamlet. This play is a tragedy so there will be deaths but these deaths are caused by the faults of others.

In the novel, Hamlet, the main character was portrayed as an intelligent university student who returned home to attend his father’s funeral. The first incident of betrayal Hamlet experienced occurred when Claudius, Hamlet's uncle/stepfather /King, killed his father and took control effectively robbing Hamlet of the crown and the chance to be King. Hamlet adored his father and was devastated when his mother, Gertrude, had an incestuous relationship with his uncle who she married so quickly after his father’s death that ..the funeral baked meats…did furnish forth the marriage tables. 1.2.184-185.
This method of obtaining knowledge about someone else’s plans defies morality and weakens any bond of trust formed within Hamlet’s home. He is suffering from internal struggles about his father’s death, and the task he has been given. Hamlet has been instructed by the ghost of his late father to avenge his death by killing King Claudius.

They wanted to blame the guards for the death of King Duncan. Lady Macbeth tells her husband that she can not kill him cause he reminds her of her daddy. She convinces him to kill King Duncan. The only reason Lady Macbeth wants him to kill King Duncan is so Macbeth can become King . Once King Duncan was killed Macbeth killed the guards because he was scared.
