Course Project: Castle’s Family Restaurant Stage 1 INTRODUCTIOIN Castle’s Family Restaurant is expanding that it has eight restaurant locations in Northern California. The operations manager, Jay Morgan, is responsible for other roles including HR management, payroll, and recruiting for all 8 restaurant locations. The business currently has 300-340 employees to which 40% of them are full time. Traveling to all locations to meet all HR needs is time-consuming and costly for Mr. Morgan. This assessment will implement a business plan to find the right HRIS to meet HR needs to help minimizes travel time and cost.
