However, QuikTrip’s success can be attributed to providing its customers with “high quality products and excellent service.” If any company were to learn something from QuikTrip’s success, it would be to hire the people who you want to have represent your store – people who are over-achievers, and put effort into all of their work, whatever the task may be.
