It is very important for the mother’s health to be up to part. If the mother’s health is at risk due to pregnancy, then the women should be able to consider an abortion. What will the child do without their parent? If the mother doesn’t survive due to complications then they will be separated later on down the line. Now on the other side, the strongest argument is since life begins at conception, abortion is akin to murder as it is the act of taking human life.
In the documentary Lake of Fire, one can see the battle between pro life and pro choice views on abortion. Pro life being the arguments in which we must cherish all life despite rape, abuse, age, and any other atenuant factors. Meanwhile, Pro choice views argue that one can choose whether or not to keep or abort the fetus, for a vast amount of reasons. Abortions are imposed by many, but also carry a purpose. Many can argue that whether or not abortions effects have been beneficial to the growth and development of society and the economy, but nonetheless concerning our individual needs abortion has benefited many.
The study focused on women who were turned away from abortion because their baby was too far along and from the results they discovered that “76% of the "turnaways" ended up on unemployment benefits, compared with 44% of the women who had abortions.” These statistics oppose the question of if this is the best situation for the mother and the child. Is it better if the baby is never
There are many other options for women that are not ready to be mothers. Having your baby aborted is not the answer; it is just the easiest way to deal with your problem. When women are asked, they have three typical responses they give for justifying their reason for an abortion. Some say that having a baby would interfere with work, school, or other responsibilities. Others say they cannot afford a child, and then some say that they do not want to be a single parent or are having problems with their husband or partner.
It is your right to believe in what you want, so is abortion good or bad? Abortion is the “termination of a pregnancy”. So for the anti abortionist this is considered slaughtering the baby. They believe that the fetus is actually a separate human life form. So if one has an abortion it is considered murder.
Approximately 1.3 million unplanned pregnancies end in abortion every year. There are several reasons women choose to have abortions such as fear of having or raising a child, rape, or not having enough money. But whatever the situation, it is the individual woman’s decision. If an abortion is denied, the women would have the child in unsafe living conditions and the child would not get everything he/she needs to live a good life. First Trimester Abortions should not be viewed negatively because a woman's body is her own, circumstances are always different, and a woman has individual rights.
As a country we all need to agree that under certain cases abortion should be considered, but other than that it’s homicide. An unborn baby should have the same opportunity to experience life as we all do every day. The majority of Abortions is caused by a woman wanting to postpone childbearing, simply
One of the main differences between adoption and abortion is that abortion ends a life in order to end a pregnancy whereas adoption requires the giving up of the young or new born baby. Adoption also gives the mother the memory of giving birth even if she isn’t and never may be, in the position to give birth again. This can prove a life changing and eye opening experience to young women which could really change their maturity on the topic or later life or even just the prospect of birth. There are countless other differences that separate the mother when addressing adoption and abortion, the contact with the child, the finality of the decision, all of which are things which could lend themselves equally dependant on the mother’s current position in life and the mother’s mentality on having children. There are, however, benefits to the child in this topic.
Back in the nineteenth century having sex out of wedlock was taken very seriously whereas today it is not. Yes some still follow the traditional ways and frown upon premarital sex, it but for the most part the only thing that is really pressed into the minds of our youth is the use of protection. We cannot base our current laws on what people believed in the past because Things have drastically changed. Our circumstances are not what they were back in the nineteenth century. The right’s each of us has through the United States Constitution protects each woman and their right to choose, our advancement in technology has lowered the mortality rate of women who undergo abortion, and our values have changed.
Business and Economics ARTICLE REBUTTAl Abortions in America BCOM/27 August 15, 2012 Business and Economics ARTICLE REBUTTAL The article in which I choose to do my rebuttal on is Abortion, while doing some research I found that abortion is an article in which there will never be a decision made on because of some many differences related around the subject. Some individuals and groups look upon abortion as murder but I feel that it is a personal choice for a woman to make the decision on what happens with her body. Abortion has been around for many years before the 19th century there were no abortion laws in place. The state of Connecticut began the statue than it was followed by an 1829 New York law in which lead
