Analysis of Team Charter Kelli Frazier University of Phoenix, Online Analysis of Team Charter According to the Online Campus Learning Team Handbook (2004), the team charter is a tool to guide students through their team assignments. Stated in the handbook, “Developing and implementing a team charter is a valuable skill, and greatly increases the likelihood that a team will reach its objectives in an effective and an efficient manner” (University of Phoenix, 2004, Team Charter section, p.7). The team charter helps team members identify and resolve potential conflicts should they arise (University of Phoenix, 2004). Different personality types, how well each team member listens to others, and our trust levels of each team member could be potential barriers to the team assignments. However, despite these differences, the team charter can help improve performance.
Let’s face it we are attracted to things that intrigue our eyes and then our minds in my opinion. So I would say first and foremost make your web design usable at very least to the average everyday internet browser or customer! I also read about using Logical Order of page components. “I imagine that when the features I design on a web page interact with a user's mental monologue, it produces a dialogue” (Ben Hunt, 2006). This strikes me as very important to the over all theme of a page and a web site in general.
It is believed that this approach excels because it was preceded into the area of student performance, based on relations with interactions from online learning environments, focusing in particular on the MOOCs platform. In following parts, I will analyze my SWOT in different areas in terms of group working, presentation skills as well as critical thinking skills 1.1 My Strengths According to my previous working experiences, my colleagues and line managers claimed that I was a good listener, diligence in assessing businesses with which I dealt and good ‘people’ skills by dealing with tricky issues both on internal business and on external business. Moreover, playing a team sport taught me to respect all members who come from different background and education, have ability of being able to motivate and involve all team players and be a active member regardless of the point is elegant or not. 1.2 My Weakness One of my challenges is the academic level of language, which can be observed by doing presentations. I feel nervous and unconfident when doing a speech in front of students.
In short, there has been a rapid change in present day education which has brought about innovative ways and approaches to teaching and learning. The idea of blending different learning experiences has been in existence ever since humans started thinking about teaching. The infusion of web-based technologies into the learning and teaching process has recently brought this “blending” term into limelight. This new term has created new opportunities for students to interact with their peers and with their lecturers inside and outside of the lecture room. The term blended learning is defined as a powerful teaching and learning approach that combines e-learning with a variety of other delivery methods for a better learning experience.

In this critical evaluation I will examine the many factors the WWW has to offer to people as a learning resource and how technology has become a dependant feature in many teachers and learners lives. When evaluating any learning resource various factors become visible such as, authorship, relevance, currency of material, cost, user friendliness, practicality, language and effectiveness. The World Wide Web offers information and data from all over the world. This information that is available on the web is enormous, and because that information can appear to be fairly “anonymous”, it is necessary to develop skills to evaluate what is found. The clear purpose for all this information is practical, it aims to cover a wide variety of sources for people to learn, teach, gather information, share ideas etc.
